Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally, except to certain countries.
Any customs fees and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer and depend on the regulations in force in the destination country.
How long will it take to receive my orders?
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected. You will receive full details in your order confirmation email.
Are the parts on your site available in store?
Yes, most items are available in-store, except for some that are exclusively available online. We recommend contacting the store in advance to check availability and, if desired, arrange an in-store fitting.
Do you accept exchanges or refunds?
In accordance with the law, you have 14 days after receiving your online order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request an exchange or a refund. To do this, contact us at the following address: contact@amarsiparis.com. Returns can be made by post or directly in store.
Return costs, with tracking number, are your responsibility.
📍 Important : Refunds are not available for items collected in-store. However, you can exchange them or receive a voucher valid for two months.
Is insurance included in the delivery?
Yes, we ship your order with the carrier selected at checkout. You will be provided with a tracking number and insurance in case of loss confirmed by the carrier.
