Amarsi Paris items are delivered in France and internationally by LA POSTE or via CHRONOPOST.
The amount varies depending on the country concerned and the category of items within the order. Shipping costs for the order will be communicated to you at checkout. Customs fees for shipments outside France may apply, and we are not responsible for them.
Delivery time is calculated from the moment your order is accepted and includes a period of 24 to 72 business hours during which your items are processed and shipped.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email informing you of the progress of your order.
Amarsi Paris accepts hand-deliveries only in-store or at a pop-up store. The appointment will be determined between the customer and Amarsi Paris. We promise to be available within a maximum of 10 days (except in cases of travel and prior notice). The customer agrees to respect the same deadlines. In the event of non-compliance with these deadlines, the customer will be required to pay for a delivery.

You can request an exchange for any item in your order within 14 days of the delivery date. If the exchange period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, public holiday, or other non-business day, it will be extended to the next business day. After this period, Amarsi Paris reserves the right to refuse the return.
Only regular-priced items can be exchanged. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be exchanged.
Your order will be replaced with a coupon for the exchange amount that you can use at any time on our website or in our store.
If your purchase has a fault not mentioned at the time of sale: we accept returns and will refund your entire order provided you send us a photo explaining the fault to contact@amarsiparis.com.
Return shipping costs will be your responsibility. Also, remember to send your package with tracking; if the package doesn't reach us, and you don't have proof of sending and tracking, we won't be able to refund you.
