Marithé François Girbaud button-down top
From the iconic Marithé + François Girbaud archives, this grey fitted top is a study in contrasts, the structured, body-skimming silhouette offset by dramatically voluminous puff sleeves, and utilitarian button detailing elevated into something quietly sculptural. It’s the kind of piece that feels both of its era and entirely ahead of it. The cropped, sharply cinched cut gives it a strong, defined shape at the waist, while the decorative button details add that signature Girbaud touch, functional aesthetics turned into a design statement. A versatile wardrobe anchor that works as effortlessly now as it did then.
