🛍️ In-Person Pick-Up

Amarsi Paris only offers in-person pick-up:

• in-store or during pop-up events
• by appointment agreed upon with the client

⚠️ We commit to being available within 10 days maximum, except in case of travel or other issues communicated in advance.
The client also agrees to respect this timeframe.
If not respected, shipping fees will be charged.

🔁 Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange within 14 days from the delivery date.
If this period ends on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is automatically extended to the next business day.
After this period, Amarsi Paris reserves the right to refuse the return.

👉 Only full-priced items are eligible for exchange.
Sale or discounted items cannot be exchanged.

🎟️ Compensation Terms

Once your return is accepted, you will receive a store credit (in the form of a coupon) equal to the amount of the returned item.
This coupon has no expiration date and can be used on our website or in-store.

⚠️ Product Defect or Non-Conformity

If your item has a defect that was not disclosed at the time of purchase, you may request a full refund.

📦 Return Conditions

Return shipping costs are at your expense.
Make sure to send the parcel with a tracking number.
Without proof of shipment or in case of a lost parcel, no refund can be issued.
